I had received a notice in the mail that I needed my computer software updated. Brandon was extremely accommodating to get me an appointment on a busy Saturday! It’s hard for me to take time during the week off because I’m a teacher, so he worked with me. He greeted me and explained everything they would do, asked if I wanted a wash, and told me he would call when my car was ready. Overall, an awesome experience!

The person checking me in greeted me while replying to a text on his phone. When I told him my husband had told me a shuttle could take me to my meeting he replied “what your husband didn’t tell you is that the shuttle is a first come first serve.” When I asked my husband he said no where on the website where he made the appointment did it state that. I was told the car would be ready at 9:30 am. (It was a 7:30 am appointment) and that I would receive a call. I was driven back to the dealership by a friend at 10:30 and he did not know if my car was ready. He said they were just very busy. So I had a few minutes to read your check list for good service and, well it wasn’t looking good.

Knowing Jose on personal level used to work with his wife. The service is exceptional and he always calls to update me on my vehicle before working on my car. That is why I continue keep going back to Avondale Nissan because of customer service I receive every single time.
