The oil change/wash took a bit over 2 hours. They left the plastic seat cover and paper on the floor board. Then I noticed a dent on the hood. Now I have to go back to get it fixed. Not happy

Very poor service this is the second time that we have the same issue can find my car can find the keys and i have to wait more than 3 hours I'm thinking to take it to adiffernt dealer i didn't have no problems before but this 2 last visit very bad.
I asked for a tire rotation with my oil change. I left a phone number to reach me. They did not contact me on the correct phone number until nearly closing time. Upon arriving I was told they would not rotate my tires due to the low tread. No problem I understand and was prepared to get new tires in the next few weeks. Here is the problem. Upon getting home I discovered that they rotated the driver side tires and not the passenger tires. In the service notes they call out that I have a stuck lug nut on the rear passenger tire. That was never disclosed to me when I picked up my vehicle and now it tracks incorrectly due to the different levels of wear. I will be purchasing new tires this week from another outlet. Very disappointing to not be effectively communicated to and given a vehicle that was not as safe to drive as the one I brought in
David Saisslin is always pleasant & helpful. I also like it that I don’t have to wait long in my car when I get there. Someone attends to me right away & always with a smile.
My only complaint is that it took about 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. My time is limited so that’s a little frustrating. Then as I drove away my check tire pressure light came on. I couldn’t take more time to go back so I took care of it myself. Customer service is always excellent. But this is my only complaint.
