If I do say so myself my experience at Avondale Nissan was an awesome one I called and made an appointment spoke to a very lovely gentleman by the name of Blair that help me out with my car we brought it in and I got it fixed the same day no hassle. And they even wash my car, how awesome is that he went above and beyond kudos I'd like to take him to dinner to show my appreciation thanks Blair. Sign Linda a very happy camper

Guy was great but had an appointment at 12 showed 20 minutes before for my oil change and took more than 2 hours to completeeven though had an appointment. That was reason i left since without appt they said it would be 2hour wait

your level of customer service is the worst to-date for me, taking 3 hours just for oil change. The factory recall service was not done despite taking 3 hours and also informed about not doing recall service towards the end at the time of making payment.
I did not find Blair’s service professional .. the status texts were distracting and untimely ..
His very polite and explained all my questions.
Brandon was pretty helpful although i didn't like the outcome he was extremely professional
