830 appointment, predicted time of service was 3 to 4 hours. Car didnt even hit the rack until 130. I got no call to let me know i found out when i went in at 1 pm and thats when i was told it had not even been started yet. Brandon Rivera said sorry he didnt call but he was busy and lost track. Wont be returning to avondale nissan for service in the future

Words cannot express my visits! Always always repair visits are such a very pleasant & relaxing experience. Reading, watching a movie on my iPad or just chilling listening to my music is good. I really appreciate that time. And once my vehicle is done, finished, & ready I look forward to wrapping it up with information from Jose Burato, hope I got it right (Smiles!).
