I understand that you are busy with recalls but I would have appreciated it they would have scheduled the pick up 30-60 minutes earlier. I waited 90 minutes

Live Julie in service. She is amazing. I had brakes down all around and she made sure the work was taken care of and I knew what was happening. I have never had better customer service as I did with her. Customer for life as long as she is there. Thank you Julie for all you do.

Despite being very busy, Brandon is always very friendly, courteous and polite. He explains the process and works efficiently. Also, Tony Valencia is always a pleasure to deal with-- such a professional, kind man who truly deserves his promotion!
