I sent a email already. I discussed the problem with the service writer about the tech not replacing all the screws to the splash gaurd and even showed him a picture of the missing screw, and the answer I received from him was. "well did you see him take all the screws out?" Of course not! I wasn't in the bay with the tech, but I have a screw missing. Very unprofessional answer insinuating that it was missing when I came in for service. It's just a screw that should of been replaced to help keep the splash gaurd in place. It's just shoddy workmanship with a unprofessional response from the service writer.
Julie is very helpful and great communication throughout the process of my car getting worked on. I would definitely refer my friends and family to work with Julie in the future.
