It took 3 hours to diagnosed my car and waited one day and a half to get it repaired. So frustrating and wasted my day off from work for waiting. It should have been completed that day.. I’m assuming that my car was sitting there and did not start working until the last minute.

My car is not fixed. I called and left a message but didnt receive a call back. I picked my car up yesterday evening drove it home then drove it to work. On my way home from work I had to stop and saw that my bumper is off again. Same problem I brought it in for and they had it 2 days.

I am not fully satisfied as my "recall computer update" has been an ongoing borderline crisis to my livlihood.i went in on Sept 2 and waited 3 hours for my car to be serviced. It was the holiday weekend and I traveled 4 hours one way. My car is rattling, sounding very loud and shifted into neutral at an intersection almost causing an accident. I work 2 jobs and am a caregiver for an 86 year old. I need my car that I've only had for 3 years to be reliable. I took my car in to have them look at it again because all this trouble started with my recall. It has been a nightmare. The recall supposedly has nothing to do with any of my issues. The result as of yesterday 9/11 was that I needed a$700 to replace the alternator. The bearings are what is making the noise they say. I had to borrow a car for 2 days so far and ask for a ride the other day. My niece picked up the car only to hear the exact same noises. I contacted David and asked if they even test drove the vehicle. He wants me to bring it in again tomorrow 9/13. Which means I need a car again and can not take my elderly lady to her much needed appointments. So I had to ask a favor and someone will be dropping off my car once again at the dealership. They want my niece to show them the noise. The noise is very loud and obvious but she's willing to go make time out of her busy schedule to do this. I have work and appointments to be at especially on Saturday the 15th. I want to cry out of frustration. My car has been very good to me and I am regretful I even had to take it into for service becaus now it's ruined. Some lady was picking up her car after being serviced and it died out and started honking non-stop.people have lives amd i don't think you understand how inconvenient it is when the problems seem ongoing. I am not pointing blame but I am so disappointed and devastated.

Julie is an outstanding employee. She went above and beyond for me, especially when I found out my car was still not done at the end of the business day. She assured me that everything would be taken care of and she followed up with me as promised.

I am sorry to report that I was not happy with my visit to Avondale Nissan. Upon arriving I was instructed to wait at Davids desk and wait for him to help me. Standing there over 5 minutes while David was missing and other service advisors sat and watched without ever offering to help was poor service. I also feel it is very mis-leading to offer a service advertised at one price and then when you go to pay it is another. I called and was told you had a senior oil change price of $19.95. I was never told that their would also be a shop charge and a disposal fee. I figured I would have to pay a sales tax. The $19.95 oil change turned into a $25.00 charge. Not a huge increase but still seems to be a bit sleazy. When I mentioned it to David his response was "I don't make the rule, I just follow them". That man there makes the rules, pointing to the man behind all the desks. He also didn't care. Lastly I can't figure out how an oil change can take over one and a half hours to complete. If you ask that I make an appointment, which I did I would think that the service would be started relative close to the appointment time and carried out in a timely manor. My time is valuable as much as yours. I don't often write bad reviews but the lack of concern by your dealership is why people continue to take their cars to independent garages. Sincerely Mr. Sevey

Julie was awesome. I was initially told it would be about 3 hours but she had me in and out it about 1 hour
