In general the service was good. This time the manager wanted to make sure we were picked up by your shuttle in a timely manner. Last time they sent the shuttle guy an hour away before coming to get us. We were the last to be picked up but had to wait over an hour rather than 5-10 minutes. When we were ready to leave i noticed they did not clean all that they were suppose to with my SUV . The manager had a guy come out to finish the job but he told him to have it done in 10 minutes. So that was exactly what i got, 10 minute more which wasnt enough time to do a thorough job. I left the shop with still a dirty car that was partly clean.

Julie was really good at communicating with me and letting me know ahead of time regarding the current situation, she let me know the best times to schedule for an appointment, and gave an accurate estimate for how long the service would take. The transportation service, while I personally did not need it, was something that I appreciated as an option.

Blair was knowledgeable and courteous. He clarified nothing had to be replaced, only the computer had to be reset. I was happy that I understood what had been done and don't expect any mishaps. Thank you

I just want to mention that it is always a pleasure and I look forward I'm bringing my vehicle in for maintenance specially when Judy is the one always attending to my service needs I truly enjoy her friendliness and how attentive she is to making sure I am that I am very satisfied each time I come in

Nissan is great thanks to your sales consult Louie Boria who explained all aspects of the 2018 Sentra sales process. I was going to buy a Hyundai until I met Louie Boria. He is a great salesman because he is patient, articulate, listens to the customer, and believes in his product. I will recommend family & friends to Louie & Nissan.
