I called a day prior to set up an appointment for an oil change and was confirmed over the phone only to come in the next day and my name or phone number was no where to be found in the system. Due to that I had to wait a couple hours just for my car to be seen. At that time I was told that my car was also due for a refresh and that would take about an hour also including the wash. All together I was told my wait was going to be a few hours and I would get a call when it would be ready. When a few hours passed I didn’t receive a call, it wasn’t until I called 5 hours later just to be transferred from person to person to person to end up only getting to a voicemail and starting the whole process over just to find the status on my vehicle. Finally when I get to the dealership as I wait for my car I hear that it’s coming from the wash so it’ll be a few minutes, but when I finally receive my keys the car looks the same to when I dropped it off. Overall the service that I received here was very unsat and leaves me questionable to bringing my car back here.

It shouldn't take 6.5 hours to get my oil changed, look at the door lock and have my car washed.

Went in for an oil change without any appointment and I was able to be taken right away and I didn't even wait 30 minutes and my car was already done.

I think that Rene has bad customer service, he is asked something and he is always busy. He is not kind enough to say that he is missing and that he does not miss the car.

They claimed my recall and oil change would take 3 hours, which is excessive. And knowing I had to sit and wait for it, they took 4 hours to complete it, without once coming out to inform me of the delay. They didn't even go to the effort of coming out to the waiting area to get me when my car was ready. They called me on my phone. Peoria Nissan is offering deals on servicing my car and I'm considering switching.
