Blair did a great job, he makes it easy to get my truck serviced. I don’t have to worry if it’s being done right. Blair definitely needs a pay increase for being an exceptional and valuable employee. I usually schedule my vehicles service work around Blair being there. Overall Avondale Nissan is the only Nissan dealer I will go to.

Blair got me out of the shop within the time frame he told me. He also provided me with a good explanation of future repairs and estimates for my vehicle to include warranty coverage.
Your customer service in this location is horrible within the Service Department. Your employees leave guest waiting & are not very informative. They make decisions for guests without discussing the particulars resulting in long wait times. I wasted 2.5 hrs of my life waiting for my car when all I requested was an oil/filter change. They assumed I wanted my car washed which kept me waiting 1.5 hours.
As always Renee was very courteous and treated me with respect. He also kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle.
As always Blair took care of my car and gave me future info about services I will eventually need.
Julie Spikerman was awesome. She went over an beyond to make my experience great. As soon as I arrived she greeted me with a smile and acknowledge me. When my car was done she called me and even waited for my arrival despite she was off. Julie is a great asset for Avondale Nissan . I will definitely make sure I always choose her for my service representative.
