1. Greeting - In response to a first call placed at 8:19 am Monday, September17th. When a customer returns call, they should not have to ask, "Is this Avondale Nissan?" 2. Issue with recall as to why my vehicle was not seen sooner. I had my vehicle towed there oN thr 15th of September at 9:30 pm. I can understand being behind appointments but not behind people coming in for a recall that was a false send out by Nissan! My vehicle wasn't gotten to until 4:00 in the evening and not until I mentioned the fuel guage. No one saw that the guage was on empty. I mentioned fuel pump and green lights s entry on. 3. Reproducing the issue - it took 2 more days as it never cut off agaiin to make it kill. By Wednesday, I just got frustrated as I had to call each evening to find out a status. Each day David answered promptly, but I would have appreciated a call earlier for follow up. Finally on Thursday evening I decided to just have him order the fuel pump as I was going to have it replaced anyway because of the fuel guage issue. 4. I have to call again as Friday evening was approaching and didn’t know if I would be able to get my vehicle that day or not. I ask for a price as well as coupons available for the service. Well I had to get a call back. For this I expect to be called before it is time for the shuttle to stop running as I needed a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Well in discussing the price I wanted to know the labor rate and how many hours it took. We went round and round after being giveN an example on how that is performed and I didn't feel comfortable and David wondered why we were having this discussion. He took off the diagnostic charge. He mentioned that the time spent could have been labor charges of at least 10 hours. We discussed thr standard time for doing the work and that the tech does not get paid more if it takes a certain amount of time but if the tech finishes it sooner he gets what the standard hours state. I wasn't comfortable paying for a tech to finish on my vehicle and thr other two hours being paid and the tech move to another vehicle and get paid double on the hours that I pay and thr next person! Meanwhile, the shuttle stops running and I am stuck without a vehicle another day until Saturday!!! 5. The vehicle was washed, but I was told that gas was put in it, but when I got it my fuel guage was on empty with the light on. I asked the receptionist to follow me to the Pilot gas station on 99th Avenue to get some gas! It took the most gas it had ever taken. I hope that a dressing my concerns will make the process go faster.

I had a coupon for $15 off an oil change, free tire rotation and free multi point inspection. Why did I have to pay $50 for this service? I did not expect to pay that much, considering you charge $19.95. I guess the deal was too good too be true????

For the past 2 years Brandon has been the only service advisor that I trust my vehicle with, he fits me in with his schedule even when I spontaneously come in on the weekend and he is slammed with other customers. He even remembers my name after not seeing him for months! Lol

I have never been yelled at and over talked so much in life regarding a warrantied item covered by Nissan. Truly disappointing. I have a Honda and Toyota. I think maybe next purchase will not be a Nissan. This was my second Nissan, I loved the auto, not the dealership service or people.
