I was told I would be assigned to service rep Ray. I was given an early appointment as I requested. I arrived early I was told Ray wasn’t in but I would be taken care of. My service was to take 2 hrs. I was there over 4/12 Hrs. This was my first time at your dealership so I’m not going to predicate my impression on 1 occasion and will not judge you as a bad dealer.
Brandon Rivera did a great job and I appreciate the exceptional service he always provides.
I can’t complement Tony for reassuring me that Blair would know about the problem. I can’t complement Blair enough for working me in on such short notice in fixing my power steering problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed during the repair. This is why I come back to the dealership.
Because apparently no one knows whats wrong with a car without a computer, and thats sad...
I was called at 3:10, saying car is ready. Arrived at 3:30, & nobody knew where car was ( it was really in the ready to go lane, and they couldn’t find the key). They then said it was in wash bay & would be ready in 10 minutes. Again, car was really ready to go, but nobody could find keys. A simple apology would have gone a long way, but none was offered, and nobody seemed to really give a damn.
My husband brought the car in the day before to ask about a side view mirror replacement. The part was ordered and he was told to come back the next day. We really had a ten minute wait period to have the glass replaced. We had ordered the part ourselves from a vendor and they didn’t send every thing as asked no questions. It took a week to get part and we still had to go to the dealership. We will just come here first next time. Thank you for such excellent service.
I appreciated that the service dept fit me in for a diagnostic as the car was leaking fluid but the follow up during my 5 hr wait was suboptimal. I also wished someone had told me Enterprise closes at noon Saturday but no worries just bring the rental here and we'll take care of it when you pick up your vehicle. Glad I got the car fixed. Not a great experience.
David was extremely nice and helpful. He was very informative with a question tjat I had on a separate subject other than the recall issue for which I was there.
As always, Brandon Rivera went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with everything.
