I had shuttle drop me off at store. I wanted to return To dealer. Called. Left At lest 3 text. 3 phone call calls Waited over two hours for pickup. Really poor customer Service a dealer that large should more then one shuttle Just bad customer service

The car was clean and runs well. The staff however did not even say "HI!" when we came in. Ous, who has not seen me in months, happened to see me by the vending machine and gave me a big hug and seemed genuinely excited to see me. All I wanted was a greeting from your service people. Acknowledgement that I was not invisible. I noticed that it is even the first point on the poster on your wall, to greet the customers within 2 minutes. That is an awfully long time when people are sitting at their monitors with no other customers in sight.

Ms Julie I believe has done everything in her power to get my car fixed. But your service manager is cocky and you mechanics apparently do not know much about fixing my car since it took three times. Also this is my third Nissan. I loved my other two cars so when I waa ready to purchase a new car I only went to Nissan. I knew that is what I wanted. But I will not ever purchase another one and will do my best to persuade others not to purchase a Nissan. I didnt know my granddaughter was buying a new car and bought a Nissan or I would have talked her out of it. My daughter just purchased a Ford and my other daughter just purchased a Dodge. I was sold a cheap made piece of crap that falls apart driving down the road. Shameful. I cant do anything about my car but I can and will do everytbing in my power to keep others from biying the jucnk Nissan had lowered to making.
