Price way too high. Not compatable for other places. I took it to dealer because i just bought it...i was hoping they would do more inspection. Took too long. Sorry, wont be back.

I was extremely pleased with how Jose was able to get my car issue taken care of within a timely manner. I was able to call ahead first to see if I was able to stop in and it was encouraged to do so considering the severity of the matter.
Done quickly with no excuses
Date of pick up for vehicle was changed twice, and each time I had to reach out to find out about it. I believe I should've been contacted on the status of the vehicle more frequently. I had to rent a car (although it was covered by the warranty), and I was told it was gonna be ready on a Friday, I turned in the rental car because I expected to have my vehicle back but didn't get it until the following Tuesday. If I was informed more frequently on the status of my vehicle I would have been better prepared with an alternative way of transportation to and from work after turning in the rental car.
I will only have my vehicle serviced through Julie Spickerman. I had to go higher up through this service advisor manager -Tony. I was very unhappy with my Service advisor and his name is Blair. I shouldn’t have to go higher up through the service advisor manager to get my vehicle serviced because issues associated with the work performed in the past through Avondale Nissan

This was our 3rd visit for same issue: front crash sensor not working. Second visit the part wasn't ordered/delivered, hence third trip. A week after 2nd trip, we called for part update ("not released" & no due date, then no updates for 5wk until we called when we returned from 5wk road trip - w/no cruise control because of broken crash sensor). This visit our appt was 9 a.m., and after 45 minutes Rene advised it would take 3-4hr to recalibrate sensor, cameras, etc. We got loaner car, then I called 3:30 p.m. for status: "Oh, your car's done!" Overall, Nissan has apparent problem e/these sensors, and you do not convey - verbally or in writing - what the status is on the issue. We bought the Murano to take on road trips, and not being able to use the features properly for the past few months has been frustrating. We are HUGELY disappointed in Avondale Nissan's lack of customer care regarding this problem. YOU finally ordered the part yet did not keep us abreast of the situation; we initiated the process and the follow up contacts. In our opinion, this is backwards.
I like that the techs there, they supplied me with a list of future services I should take care of.
