Rene it’s great I took my truck because the battery was dead and I shop at 7 o’clock in the morning explain my situation and he got it done an hour and a half this is not my first time and a dealership and Rene Got it done So I didn’t miss a day for work and my truck is still running like champs

When your service department text me and ask if I have any questions I respond. I didn’t receive a answer but another question how can I help u. My appointment was at 07.00 I didn’t get a response until 5pm. Then told me a list of things I should have done with nothing done to truck for what I wanted done. What type of mood do u think I’m in when I don’t get a response until 5pm? I might have had some of the things done if contacted early.
I drive the extra 20 miles because Julie always takes care of me. She remembers my car, even the year! I trust her recommendations and she always makes time for me to come in when I need to!
Julie is the only service provider I will see. She is beyond exceptional
Very upset and disappointed with David never in the 3 years I been with Nissan has a horrible experience truly thinking about stop coming in for service I feel that he doesn’t deserve to be a face to Nissan definitely don’t want to EVER work with David!
I’m not happy with the extended wait time on the job of tinting and coding of second key.
