Today's service was one of the worst service ever. I requested for my car to be vacuumed. I sat for over two hours, my car was returned to me and it was not vacuumed. The agent told me I was suppose to pay additional fee for THAT.I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT. WHY DID THEY MAKE ME wait two hours for a service that was never provided. Worst service ever.
