Good evening, I thought I had already answered the survey. You guys did a great job, Thank you. Please know that I had already taken my vehicle to Firestone on Osborn and to my dealership, Nissan on Camelback and neither one of them was able to correctly identify what was wrong with my car. Camelback Nissan called me when I dropped it off their To inform me that they needed to bring their electrician in to look at and that I was looking at upwards of $400 to fix it. My roomate was the one that suggested I take it you guys and I’m glad I did. Thank you for the great service, you establishment may be out of my way but I’ll definitely be taking my car to you for all my maintenance and service from now on.

I am not happy because they dirtied the inside of my car on the handle and the fabric is with. I made a call yesterday and I also left the message for Rene and I never got a respond back.the reason why I bring my car with you is because I now the job well get done correctly and neatly, I will be waiting for a respond back. Julie is truly amazing. We (My husband and I) moved to Phoenix from New York and needed a service for our 2011 Versa. We tried another shop, and they quoted us a ridiculous price and a bunch of parts. I held off and called Avondale Nissan. Julie answers the phone and suggest I bring the vehicle in the next day. My Husband brought it in and the techs found that it didn’t need a new condenser, and compressor, it needed a new o ring seal. Julie now has a customer for the life of this vehicle and our Versa has a new home, Avondale Nissan!
