Had to call Blair for updates. Took off from work early on Monday because he said he could get me into a rental. But found out he is off on Mondays. No one could give me any update about my vehicle that day. He would message with vague details. Maybe I got that type of service because everything was under warranty? Sorry you didn't make money off of me Blair.
Rene was great, it was a little longer then i expected, Nissa is being a little cheap on the treat there was no donut just the ones upfront we was given kids snack.

I did not receive any feedback from my service rep. His coworkers helped me finding out the status of my car. I requested my car be cleaned. It was not. I was there for 3 hours, which was far longer than I was quoted. I was having routine service. Very disappointed.
