David did a great job keeping updated. I was fearful of how long I would be there when I saw all the cars ahead of me. He told me 10:30 and it was 10:55 when he said the car had been washed as well and ready to go. This was much more efficient than the last couple of visits.

If the cost of maintenance was similar to what I get from a 3rd party I would consider using the dealership more often. Currently I purchased a lifetime alignment tire rotation and balance from fire ****. I purchased the tires from them and as your marketing folks know it includes all repairs if required. Since the vehicle has limited mechanical concerns and since they vehicle is there if something major has to be replaced I’ve let them fix it.
All my needs were meet in a quick efficient way, at a fair price when my battery went out unexpectantly. No delay, no fuss, just professional care.
Went in there for an Oil change was told it would be a two hour wait. 15 min in they sent me a text with a link regarding “additional items for consideration” showed that my air filter was critical so I approved a replacement. 2 hours later I text back if my car was ready. No answer. On my way back I get a text that the truck is ready for pick up. I get to the dealership to find out they just noticed I approved the air filter replacement and they wanted to take my truck back in to do it right then. TWO HOURS LATER AND THEY HADN’T NOTICE I APPROVED MORE WORK TO BE DONE???!! Then what’s the point of even sending the link. By the way when I checked through the link a basic oil change is $35 and I was charged $45.
