My service was the Takata airbag actuator recall. My dissatisfaction is that the steering wheel cover was not put back into its original factory position leaving a small but noticeable misalignment between the cover and the steering wheel housing. It’s not a big deal, but it makes the difference between total satisfaction and “not quite satisfied”. Otherwise, I am pleased with the professionalism and quality of service.
