Max was great! Unfortunately, the rest of your staff needs to learn how to prioritize when you have people with appointments in line while a customer is pleading his case about damage to his vehicle. They should have told him to move his car aside to discuss the issue to move other customer through! I sat in my car for 30 min before anyone assisted me. 2:00 appt and no one attended me until 2:30. It took you staff over 2 hrs to get my car done! Even with Covid clean-up. I should have been done in 1.5 hrs minimum. People make apptment for a reason, they have other engagements later! No coffee/water was offered and the holiday oil change coupons not offered. Not to mention, no car wash!
