He was great! Really nice and made sure we were taken care of. We also had a follow up since our vehicle needed some parts. Which came in way faster then we expected and were able set up an appointment during the same call. We have had nothing but GREAT and AMAZING customer service.

Service was fast and accommodating. Only complaint I have is the greasy fingerprints left on the handle of my door on the inside and the smell of farts in my car.

I do not doubt for a minute you guys will get me all straightened out. The service department have ALWAYS taken care of me and my whole family with our numerous KIA'S. I'm looking at this as just a bump in the road. We can't expect everything to ALWAYS be perfect. Matt, Richard and the team will without a doubt make it all right.

After battling an ongoing creaking noise, I think it’s been resolved - only time will tell but I can say without a doubt, this was an exceptional service experience! Chris kept me posted on repairs and better yet, saved me over $300! I was expecting to replace my front brakes but he had them remeasured for wear and determined they weren’t needed yet - yessssssss! Then after replacing the part needed to resolve the creaking, Service Manager Matt Wright, test drove my vehicle himself and decided more extensive replacement was needed to resolve and made it happen and I’m very grateful. Well done West Hills KIA team, especially Matt, Chris and Wayne R., repair master! Thank you so much!!
