Lovely customer service, just a really friendly crew all around. Had time to work on some personal projects while I waited in a nice comfy side room with TV and free tea. Helpful and good at communicating what I needed.

He was awesome! He listened to my concern, coordinated with KIA on a re-call issue I had repaired, and offered me a shuttle ride to get dropped off while the diagnostic was being done. He even made the call for the shuttle to get me picked up. When I returned, thankfully, he was not busy and got me filled in on what the plan was, and will coordinate the scheduling of the repairs, hopefully as soon as next week. Thank you Richard for Courteous, Quick, Amazing Services.

My car was at west hills Kia as a service, I was satisfied with my service and that my car is fixed. But I was disappointed to know that they have my for for 2-3 days and didn’t vacuum the inside as usual.

Mr Mossman is the best. He greets me by first name and treats me like more than just a costumer. He makes sure all service orders have been completed from previous visits and he goes above and beyond to make sure things are all in working order. Christopher was very helpful only thing I was disappointed that was they did not vacuum out my car but other than that great service.
