Erik was extremely kind. Greeted me at my car, opened my door when I got out, and was very professional. West Hills chevy has never greeted me at my car, never opened my door. When my vehicle was ready I showed up Erik was waiting for me with all the paperwork and even showed me to my car. West Hills Chevy has never shown me to my car in the 3 years I have been getting my car serviced. Th as no you Erik.

Truc is great. She reviewed the entire service history of the car and told me what I needed to do. She remembered me from a previous visit, greeted me very warmly, reminded me to use my points to help pay for service. I have always been impressed by this dealership and service center, And she is a great employee

Everything great! I may have missed the availability of hand sanitizers when checking out... but that would be a great item to have close after using the pens to sign forms. ????

When I bought the car, I bought it for my daughter who ended up not staying in WA. I had anticipated a lot more miles being put on the vehicle, but as it turned out, we put very little on it each month. I had purchased a maintenance package at the time I bought the car. Although it had been past the three years, Richard honored it, which I greatly appreciated. As a senior citizen being on a fixed income, I truly appreciated it.
