Chris M and the staff at west hills Kia are amazing. It is the only place I take my Kia Soul and I have never had a problem. I work at the local hospital and my work schedule can be crazy. WHK is always fast and efficient, they always treat me like family. With our first child on the way having my car taken care of is a big weight off my chest. It feels great knowing I can call Chris M with any questions or concerns and he always walks me out to my car and makes sure I am taken care of from start to finish. Thank you

It is always slow. I would never buy a maintainance plan again. Services is always friendly but so slow. I was given a quote on tires for a price only. No details on the tires. Not a great selling strategy as I can't even compare quality being offered

I was charged more than the estimate for an oil change and was not notified until I asked about it. A partial adjustment was then made. This was a full synthetic oil change which is good for 7,000 miles, yet the sticker placed on the windshield indicates that I need another oil change in 4,000 miles. I had an appointment but it I waited 1-½ hours. Overall, not a good experience.
