I was told my car would be done in about 45 minutes to an hour... i called to ask what the progress was and was told I would be getting a call back. I got a text that didn't tell me anything about my cars progress. It had also been 3 hours by that point. I called again at around 4 hours because I still hadn't gotten a call and they were unable to transfer me to someone who could tell me what was going on but nobody was available. Finally I got a call after 4 and a half hours that my car was ready.

Hi I have taken my car to Kia numerous times for the same problem they can’t seem to get it right my service guy is awesome but again the problem is at night so it’s not really his fault for taking pictures I’ve left the car there I got in the rental so on and so forth it takes time away from my day and my time away from my family which I know it’s important I don’t know what to do you guys ordered the part still not the right one still doesn’t work I’m very frustrated I don’t know what to do
