I felt like I was taken advantage of over a $15 air filter. It cost me $56 to replace a $15 air filter that took less than 2 minutes to replace. There was no other option offered but that it needed to be replaced because there were dead bugs and leaves in it. When I learned how I could have done this my self, I was very upset.

As always, my West Hills Kia experience was exponentially improved due to Truc’s consistent and competent expertise regarding my vehicle. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and engine and cabin filter change. She was knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions with confidence. I will be back to this location because of my direct I interaction with Truc Nguyen. Thank you!
