Today I finally felt like Richard listened and helped a Mechanic to finally be able to find what I had tried Su ice I bought the car get someone to understand. Richard was very kind and professional and gave me his card to personally contact him to bring the car back and told me my car issue would be covered under warranty. Thank you Richard for hearing a Valid complaint.
