I very much appreciated the care and consideration given to the service of my vehicle. Each time I have come in to have it serviced I was greeted and kept informed of the progress of all proceedings. All the staff conducted themselves professionally and I have recommended West Hills to many people who have admired the Telluride.

Drove 3 hours to be told I was just outside my warranty and would be charged $600 for something I just had them replace a little over a year ago. When scheduled appointment asked if I was still covered under warranty and said they couldn't tell me until I came in with my vehicle. Will no longer be using your service.

Thank you so much for taking care of everything so fast! I am still very sad that a 2020 vehicle that I owe so much money on has already had to be worked on and scared for when my warranty is no longer in effect but you all took great car of us and my vehicle. Thank you for being such a great crew!

Richard was amazing. I mean amazing. I was trying to get the parts from Kia, for trew auto body to install because they had the van from an accident. And I could not pick them up, as it would void the warranty. I got a little upset. (was dealing with a lot, and I think that is the straw that broke the camals back), and talked with Richard, and instead of telling us we are sol, he offered to go get my van, bring it back, and get the parts from there installed. And then take it back to trew. Well once he talked to them, they had already started the repairs. So he couldn't do that. Instead of leaving it alone, he called me back. Asked me to call him when the van was done at trew. He would go pick it up, and get his parts installed. Called him on Thursday, at about 12:30pm. Told him my van was done at trew. He (or someone else) went and picked it up. And not only got it picked up, but got the work done at the dealership. He called me at 4:30pm and said my van was done. We came and picked it up by 5:30. Richard was amazing, and made me feel valued. I really appreciate it. He was wonderful. Thank you for having him in that position.

My car is not fixed. All of my sensors came on again and I lost my power steering I'm not sure what is going on but it is extremely dangerous. Everyone was so very helpful and kind though but my brand new 2020 car is not working already
