I already don't trust mechanics. I took my car to your shop for a simple turn signal replacement, & now my car makes the loudest weird sound that it never did before, both on start up & acceleration. The engine hums in a horrible way & i can hear a weird grinding sound coming from below my car constantly. So yeah, completely unsatisfied, because it makes little to no sense that my car that i've driven for years would suddenly sound & accelerate differently after a visit to the shop.

Turck was great she is very nice and knowledgeable. I had asked for my rotors to be inspected and I don’t believe they were as the were not checked on the inspection sheet. Also I was quoted $280 and the final total ended up being $340. That’s a big difference in price for a college student with a part time job. They were on time with when they said the car would be done but I would like my requests to be filled when asked especially for something as simple as a rotor inspection. I do not need to be contacted with a follow up regarding this comment.

Appreciate the rental car so I could receive the 30,000 mile service I was hoping for! Finance was great as well helping me cancel the GAP insurance I had due to a refinance . Excellent service.
