He was amazing. I actually got my days messed up and showed up on the wrong day rather then make me reschedule he was able to fit me in so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour back for a different appointment. He was very polite thanks

We came in without an appt. and Chris gave excellent service. Showed us all our options and got us in and out efficiently. He also went the extra mile when I remembered I needed our phones scinted and he did it promptly and with a smile!

When you call to get authorization to get work covered by the warranty, they should be much more responsive than forcing a wait of over 30 minutes. You guys did fine!
