Even after spending over $300 when I only planned to spend a third of that, I left feeling like I had a superior experience and it is wholly due to Chris Mossman. Chris always provides me with great service. Today I showed up early to my appointment however Chris got my car in early and the techs did an awesome job which is why I drive from Olympia to West Hills Kia for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Chris was great. But that new kid you guys have working there is horrible. He never smiled. Wasn’t friendly at all. And when he didn’t do a job he was told to do he didn’t listen when others tried to show him how to do it. He had a bad attitude when chris and another guy was talking to him. But chris was great!!! And he got my windows sparkly clean
