Well this is would have to say was my first unhappiness with my service at Kia, however with the excellent help from service manager Matt Wright I feel much better. He helped fix a huge mishandling of service and work done on my 2018 Sorento. With out his excellent handling of the situation I will continue to give praise to Kia. I have bought two new Sorento’s over the past four/ five years and I will continue to be back as a loyal customer. Great employee and great job

chris squeezed us in late afternoon with no appt and no hesitation to replace headlights. svc dept was extremely busy but he took care of expired lights as though it was normal occurrence to have someone drop by at 330p needing assistance. I appreciate Kia and j appreciate chris.

Matt was AWESOME!! Have never dealt with a dealership like this—-Matt, the service dept, rental car division, parts department, and back to Shawn Kelley for a question—I am still in awe!! Mathew was always available for all of my questions even when the computers were down. The parent company Kia needs to know that you have a gem in your dealership here in Bremerton—will refer all of my friends if they want a Kia—thank you so much????!!
