Cameron was exceptional with his customer service and I appreciated him very much. Unfortunately it looks like I now have to go to a tire shop and get my tire balanced after they fixed it because now my car is vibrating really bad and it's worse when I'm on the highway. Its frustrating because I could have gone to Les Shwab from the beginning and they would have fixed it for free but I trusted the dealership to take care of everything and I paid $28. Now I'm going to have to pay more to get my car safe again.

Cameron is an excellent worker. He was straight to the point on what needed to be done on my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. I have no bad things to say about Cameron! He's very kind and professional. I had a great experience overall.
