I don't like when the quality service representative comes around to ask questions and then ultimately tries to sell you a new car. It happens to me and other customers and is unnecessary. This is my opinion and that of other customers too.

Richard was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the current problem. He also helped me with broader car questions unrelated to the problem. He also gave me his card so that the Kia service department closer to where I live can contact him if they have any questions. If I lived in Bremerton I would definitely ask for Richard if my car needed service.

I’m not sure how an air conditioner filter would get bent, you folks check it every time and it has never been serviced otherwise. I also feel like 25 minutes wait after car is complete to be checked out is excessive. Thank you.
