My car’s steering went out after being in with your dealership for 2500.00 dollars work! I had to have it towed from Bellevue ( where it stopped steering as I was driving it!) to Bremerton and wait again for my car to be ready. ( both times it took longer than I was told it would be) I pray my car is now safe to drive.

Jon was really nice & Helpful. Not sure who is responsible for putting a new sticker on the windshield to let me know when I am due for an oil change but the old one is gone & no new one!?

This is the third time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jon and it’s always great to have someone remember me each time I step in, it really says a lot about the staff you have and how much it feels like going to a small town mechanic but within a large dealership, it’s comforting to know you are absolutely taken care of each time.

Things were taking care of the correct way the second go around thanks to Jenni and Melissa. The truck looks much better and puts me a little more at ease. Thanks to Tyler for stepping in when turns out it was Chads day off that he had scheduled me to come in and meet with him.

Really bad service. After approx 1 1/2 hours of waiting and looking to find her, I was informed that they did not have the frame to install on my car. Had to find another person named Scott to get the keg fob for. My car. By that time just wanted to get out. She did not know that you had to start the car to get the mileage reading. Will NOT recommend Hazzlrwood to anyone
