Melissa kept me update with on the fly updates so I always knew the current situation. I also got into a rental vehicle that wasnt just similar but was even the same brand as my car that was getting fixed. She was exemplary!!

Michael was very understanding of my concern with my car and was determined to get it resolved. Unfortunately this was A tough case to solve and we couldn’t figure out the issue, I know I can always take my car back if I need to.

Jon was amazing with me and my truck! He kept in frequent contact with me through it all. Kept me updated on any changes that came up. Kept calling me and texting me to let me know he was working very hard to complete the maintenance needed. He is a really good guy and he is AMAZING at what he does. I will be coming back to you guys for future work. Mainly because of him!

The used vehicle sales team (especially the young man) that sold us the Tahoe took good care of us. The service team did a good job. But early on when we noticed we were missing a head rest the manager (?) pretty much ignored us. When we brought the vehicle in this worthless manager sent some kid to deal with us. Poor kid didn’t even know what was going on. We got a replacement head rest but it doesn’t match. I asked for them to contact the previous owner but it didn’t seem that they cared at all. Someone at Hasellwood has their big head up their ****. When I called about the head rest nobody called back in several days. Y’all were nice taking money but came up short on a cheap item

There was not enough communication. I was originally told it would only be a few days, and it ended up being 11 days. No phone call when the part was late getting in, no phone call to update on why it was taking so long, no phone call when it was finished. I had to initiate all communication.

My car did get scratched in the process of todays visit but will be taken care of. Brian was very nice when I came in asking for an oil change and got me in and called when my car was ready ! Very nice gentleman!

I came in to get tires replaced under warranty. I kept getting messages low tire alert. I called and spoke with Brian and he said oh the technician is working on it. I was satisfied with the answer I went to pick up my car I was running late because there was an accident and didn't get there as early as I wanted to. When I got into my car and I drove off as I got out of the parking lot I noticed my low pressure tire light was on. Now either the technician messed up and didn't do all the safety checks he should have done or someone in the parking lot let air out in my tires which is hard to believe
