I always make a first appointment. They always promise less then an hour. Today it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. That is the fastest I have ever had it done. Usually timid over two hours. I don’t mind if it takes two hours if that is what I am told. The job taking longer then what has been promised has made me late on multiple occasions.

Randy went out of his way to ensure I got to work and back on time by arranging and staying on top of the dealership transportation for me. He even went to the extent of following me outside on my way out to ensure no vehicles were blocking my exit, personally moving a car out of my way. He kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done on my truck. He was very polite, helpful, and courteous.

Melissa was great and Evan the salesperson was patient and very helpful. I will be back tomorrow to purchase a used vehicle. I hope that the service on my Uplander will be deducted from my price. I paid $219 for a oil change and diagnostic. I would also expect a better loan percentage 9% is very high for my 812 credit score. This would sway my decision.
