I had the most amazing Springs today. With the help of Michael Lissy. Who is very knowledgeable and help me understand that in the future I will need a few things to my vehicle. Other than that my vehicle was done in a timely matter. And they went above and beyond to make sure that all my expectations they were excited. Thank you very much to the house without a group

Jones was wonderful but it took me a few weeks to get a person on the phone to make an appointment. Very frustrating since I have paid for the 9 oil change package and needed it bad.

Brian Bonsell was top notch on customer service. My wife's car had a recall and made sure we weren't put out every stepof the way. He hooked us up with a rental and kept in constant communication with me every step of the way. Brian was honest on some repairs that the car needed with no added or hidden fees was appreciated too. He made a very stressful situation a very easy one where our everyday lives were not interrupted.

Great job by Jon, but the $925.00 for a 30,000 mile service and a new battery for my Traverse was hundreds more than I deem fair. I will have to think twice before considering using Hazelwood again.

My scheduled oil change was at 10:45 with completion scheduled for 12:00. It was done and ready at exactly 12:00. WoW I was impressed. Great job J Cork and staff!!
