Have made another appointment as the engine had a consistent clipping sound as I drove home. The car was in for an oil change and a look at the brakes, which seem to freeze up on me on occasion. I had driven about five miles when I heard the clicking of the motor (I think). The appointment was for 11 a.m. on Friday (I was there for four hours) and then when I called to see if I could bring the car back in the earliest appointment was Tuesday at 8:15. I will be there.

Brian did an amazing job helping me today! He was friendly, answered my questions, and checked in on me while I waited in the lobby. He’s keep me updated on the progress of my car.
