It doesn’t seem like my truck was serviced the clunk sound it makes is still there the oil life wasn’t reset. it said on my receipt that it was done I don’t have a sticker telling me my next service . It just doesn’t run the same

Randy is consistently TOP notch and cares about the customer and consistently delivers superior service to his customers to be sure all concerns are addressed to full satisfaction He was busy with another customer as I arrived so I presented to a different service rep who obviously doesn’t like his job, grunted and made it clear he didn’t want to be bothered by me Luckily I waited for Randy to save the day!

Upon arriving for my oil change appointment I was left standing in the entryway while 5 persons busied themselves with whatever they were doing. It was at least 5-7 min before anyone acknowledged me and assured me they would be "right with" me. It was another 5 min before one of the agents assisted me. It felt very rude to simply ignore a customer. Otherwise Brian was courteous and accomplished the service within a timely manner.

The check in system for scheduled maintenance is terrible. Even with express check in you wait on a first come basis. Why schedule?

There were 5 service reps in the room busy with their computers and paperwork and it was a while before anyone acknowledged I entered the room (no other customers were in there). Eventually one checked records and said I must be the 1:00 client and said someone would help me soon. Another amount of time went by and another servive person came in, busy with his paperwork and after a while said someone would help me. I waited about 10 minutes, which doesn't seem that long, but I got the impression this "service department" isn't busy serving customers.

The service was great Brett was awesome. I had to bring the car back because the check engine light came one. Turns out the gap on the spark plugs was wrong. Again, not Brett's problem.
