Was promised a phone call at 11am. Service center never called. I waited until 5:30pm before I finally had to call to know the status of my car. This wasted my entire day.

Everything went very well and quickly. You might consider providing some outdoor seating spaces for customers waiting while their vehicles are serviced. Just an idea.

Great staff! The service department net all my expectations. I look forward to speaking with the used sales car manager and Chloe Mange again about the vehicle upgrade program as I am paying off my truck in a couple months.

After being promised my vehicle by 4:30pm I was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day . This was an inconvenience on my family. I received my vehicle and when I got out I noticed a chip in my paint on my driver side where I stated I was hearing noise . My breaks were replaced but on the front fender drivers side there is now a chip in my paint which will unfortunately grow or rust . I called immediately and I haven’t received a call back. I would like my paint repaired and I’m not impressed with the level of integrity of who was servicing my vehicle. I should of been informed about the small chip.
