Mike was GREAT. Really made me feel welcome. Excellent communication. Personable and professional demeanor. I really felt like he was fully listening and engaged in our dialogue. His estimate of the service team's time to complete the job was spot on, a credit to him and the team. A big two-thumbs up for Haselwood.

Great customer service! Vehicle done within time Brian said. Made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, Really appreciated that everyone made sure all customers were safe by wearing masks, gloves, and maintained social distancing. Appreciate all the special measures Haselwood put in place to keep customers safe - customers stay in vehicles during check in and disinfectant spray the inside of vehicles, available seating outside. Thank you for all you do!

The feedback I want to give is that when I arrived for my appointment @ 2pm, there were 4 service advisors at their kiosks (one was on the phone), and no one greeted me and said anything for several minutes leaving big me standings there wondering if I was supposed to 'break the ice' with them. Let me uncomfortable at least. I have no problem with the sevice/oil change, they did a great job. Not a big deal really but just wanted you to know since your asking.

I have really liked working with Brian every time in the past that we had service done on our vehicles. With the COVID-19 upon us, it was refreshing to see Brian and all the other service dept representatives respecting the social-distancing and face-covering rules, along with the Haselwood provided workplace barriers being in place for our safety. My thanks goes out to Brian along with all the techs behind the scenes providing us with the same great service we expect and always receive there.

i reserve my judgement as far as trusting the service capabilities until testing of my car. I hope I am wrong but feel the problem will not be fixed

Randy was excellent. So kind and efficient. He is a pleasure to work with. I am wondering about the signs in the waiting area that describe the sanitation timeline during Phase 2 of “Stay Home, Stay Healthy”. The signs say that the room is cleaned every hour, yet I was in that room from 10:30 until 2:30 and I never saw one person come to do that. Additionally, the sanitation log hadn’t been updated for well over a week. It makes me wonder how true the signs are and how clean the room actually is. Please, if you are going to advertise something, be honest in that and actually do it.

The service people were very nice. If you say you are cleaning the waiting room hourly, do it. I was there for two hours and saw none.. It would be more comfortable if you required all customers to wear masks to help protect us all.

My service consultant Randy was very helpful and friendly. On the flip side, I dropped off my truck to get the Sirius XM upgrade, had the appointment scheduled for over a week, and it still took over 3 hrs of the truck being there before it was realized that they would need to splice wires, and couldn’t do it that day. So I had to pick up my truck having wasted a trip out there with two vehicles, and now find time in my schedule(I work between 80-100 hrs a week), to bring the truck back. While Randy informed me I would be able to borrow a car the next time I drop off the truck, I still have to find a time that is both available(apparently with the correct technicians there) and works with my schedule. And there is also now a stain on the inside ceiling by the handle that wasn’t there when I dropped off my truck.

My appointment was at 1:30 and I didn't leave until after 3:30. It shouldn't take over 2 hours to do an oil change.
