Randy is great as he always is. I wish the tech doing the inspection actually inspected the items. Simply checking a box is of no value. For instance the night before I changed my air filter and cabin air filter. Both were checked as yellow and red based on mileage instead of an inspection. Also, power steering fluid was not checked although it was low on fluid and leaking. Food for thought. Again Randy did great and the inspection comments have nothing to do with him.

The service was good. However, in the past you have had an in house detailing service. I have not had my vehicles serviced by you in quite awhile. That small touch of getting my car washed was appreciated in the past, and I’m disappointed this is not the case anymore.

The woman at the counter repeatedly misgendered me, as well as the oil change itself took far longer than I’ve had to wait for an oil change before. I was waiting for almost 3 hours for my oil change to be finished.

I was very happy with what Brian did and kept me informed but not happy the chrome part that had been sent to replace the one on my car wasn't the right one and I have to bring it back but things like that happen and I understand
