My appointment was for 9:15 AM, I did not object to paying you the one hourly rate for the diagnostic service and I’m pleased that you found and fixed the problem with the top on my XLR convertible. It turned out that all that was required, was to remove a small black seat cushion that had found its way to the forward part of the trunk. Although the whole process likely took less than half an hour. I’m fine with paying you as agreed. I am far less than pleased that as I arrived on time, it was well over two hours before you got around to looking for my problem and fixing it. I must say that your staff, particularly Ms. Jennifer in service, and the gentleman in parts from whom I ordered a tube of touch-up paint, were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However your management of my time left much to be desired. JB Hanna

I do not understand how a simple oil change took over 2 1/2 hours when I was told at the beginning that it would take just about 1 hour so I decided to wait. Even when I was advised that my truck was done I didn’t even get a reason why it took so long or an apology.
