Was charged 40 dollars more than whatwas listed on the video screen listing the price ing. When asked I was told it is a price increase you can't update the computer screens but can print and hand out pamphlets after the fact. Miss leading advertising.

The vehicle was dirty and still had buffing machine Mark residue all over the truck. Also, the painted surfaces on the rear bumper had white residue spots as also the rear tailgate handle. All of the scratches that were supposed to be repaired were not. Again, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ????!!!! The GM rep was good, However, the lack of attention to detail is deplorable.

He's an expert at chaos management. With all the stuff going on there he is great at multitasking. He was able to get me a time slot during the day to get a key made even though it seemed pretty busy. Thank you Aaron! You made my week a whole lot better.
