The service was great and a lot was accomplished. I did not the scratches in the paint on the passenger side door, mirror and front fender that Kathy and I noticed after I got home.

They kept the vehicle overnight. I was not informed of it. Other than that... my experience was really.... really good!!!! I’m pretty sure it was an automation fail... Jesse was really good. I will be back.

Reallistically, the transfer case and diff fluids are what i came in for, those services were as expected. The service rep was great, everyone was nice, i got my moneys worth instead of wasting it at Jiffy Lube. However this is the third time ive had Haselwood wuote me for major repairs on this vehicle since buying it in June. First for a transmission and a ball joint, second for an engine, and this time i was quoted for the steering rack. Each time the quoted prices for repair have been signiciantly overpriced, enough that im willing to walk away from the diagnostic fees. Grey did the first two repairs at a total of $3000 less than Haselwoods quotes, and Midas will do my steering rack for $800 tomorrow, not the $1500 you quoted after the refunded diagnosis fee. Im still not sure why i come back for any services, knowing my money is certain to be wasted. Maybe its the coffee.

The problem I am having with my 2017 Chev Malibu was not solved. It has stalled 3 times in last week while sitting at stop lights. I am very concerned for my safety as I have had to put the car in park and restart the vehicle each time while sitting in a turn lane at busy intersections. What if it doesn’t start next time? The technicians could not duplicate my problem, but that doesn’t mean the problem does not exist and I was told there was nothing they could do. My car only has 12,547 miles on it, it shouldn’t be having this type of problem.

Randy was such a pleasure to work with. I felt like he genuinely cared about me as a customer. We will definitely be making Haselwood our go-to shop in the future. I hope management is aware that he is a really great representative for the service department.
