Jason was thorough and he expedited getting my recall appointment completed before noon, as I hadn't been advised the the vehicy would be needed a 1/2 day when I made the appt. The recall printed info suggested 1-2 hours

I specifically asked to have brakes inspected because it was rough braking while going downhill. Jesse did not annotate it on my service request, so the brakes were not inspected like I wanted. I also annotated it on line when I made appointment. There was no record of my appointment when I dropped truck off.
