Unprofessional I felt we did not get the proper notifications about our car while it was being worked on I had to come back three times to get an oil change and a Bluetooth speaker replaced and had to call multiple times to find out the status of our vehicle. There also was grease stains on my visor from the mechanic who worked on the car. Jason. I Will never work with again but I will say Jessy stepped in and talked to my wife and myself and was very helpful and apologized for all our issues we had.

Mr. Jason Higgins provided the upmost customer service and actually changed my perception of haselwood gmc. He kept me in the loop on what was going on with my Chevy Tahoe every step of the way for three weeks. He was very knowledgeable with what was being done and he never once got irritated when I called to see if it was ready and he was again, very professional and polite. You guys have my business as long as the customer service is as pleasant as it was with mr Higgins. Thank you.

No fault of Dealership but vehicle was defective when first delivered tonDealership. Defect should have been caught during P D I and not on Customers (me) way home on purchase day. Sales man and another persons supposedly set up service appt for us and when we (wife and I) arrived at Dealership/ service had no idea we were coming or what the issue was. We did get a very nice rent a loaner car and vehicle was in shop for a couple days until it was determined computer issues were cause of problem with l mirror collision warning circuit and parts on National b o. Our Service advisor kept us updated and was very professional.. this situation is not in anyway his cause or fault. He made a crappy situation at least bearable. When parts come in he will contact us and then I have to figure out how to get vehicle there for repair. I stay in So Cal and my Wife is in Wa. That is why I purchased her a new car, so we would not have break down issues. Pretty funny if it was not us..
