I was unable to find out why vehicle not done when estimated. Called three times, no answer..left message not responded to. Left text message that was never responded to. Waited 20 minutes for paperwork to be completed when I did arrive.

I was scheduled for an 8:30am appointment when the detailing department didn't open until 9:00am. Which meant a longer wait time for no reason. Jesse apologized, but the situation should not have happened in the first place.

I have been bringing my Acadia to Haselwood since I got it almost 6 years ago and have been pleased with the service I had received thus far until this most recent time. There was little to no communication from the service department. One call from Aaron Taylor on Thursday afternoon after having my car for a day and a half. Because I travel for work and work long/odd hours the first time I was able to call was Saturday a.m when I arrived back in Seattle. Aaron was not in so I spoke with Randy. After pulling the paperwork he began rattling off the long list of items that had been indicated for repair to the tune of approximately $9100. I was shocked with the nonchalant manner the information was given to me and the fact that nobody bothered trying to soften the blow. I will be getting second opinions and estimates elsewhere and most likely will not be back to Haselwood.

He was friendly and thorough with his explanation of my service. He explained what my options were but I only wished I would have had him do a breakdown comparison of my options prior to deciding to follow his advice.
